Some features may require account creation on our course platform (learn.designsdeal.com). You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration
• Keep your account details current and secure
• Take responsibility for any activity that happens through your account
• Inform us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Engage in harmful, misleading, or abusive activity
• Introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access to the website

When you enroll in the Master UI/UX Design Course, we grant you a personal, lifetime license to access the course on our platform (learn.designsdeal.com). This license cannot be transferred to anyone else. This means:

• Your login is for your own use only. Sharing your account, or reselling, redistributing, or publishing course content elsewhere, is not allowed
• The course is delivered in Roman Urdu and includes a Certificate of Completion upon finishing. This is a certificate of completion, not an accredited degree, diploma, or professional certification
• We may suspend accounts found to be sharing access or violating this license

All content on the site is owned by Designs Deal or its licensors. This includes text, graphics, logos, videos, course content, and software. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or modify content without written permission
• Use our logos or branding without approval
• Remove copyright or trademark notices from our content

We reserve the right to take legal action against any piracy or misuse of our digital products and services.

We accept payment by bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa. After paying, you send us a screenshot of your receipt over WhatsApp. We verify it and activate your course access, usually the same day. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide correct billing details
• Pay all charges related to your order, including taxes
• Follow any specific terms related to pricing, refunds, or returns

We may cancel or reject orders at our discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or payment that can’t be verified.

The Master UI/UX Design Course is a digital product. Once your access has been activated, all sales are final and no refunds are offered. Full details, including the limited exceptions we do honor, are in our Refund and Returns Policy.

If you post or submit content such as comments, reviews, or photos, you grant us a worldwide, license that is not exclusive to use it, provided that:

• You own the rights to the content
• The content does not break any laws or rights held by others

We may remove or edit content submitted by users if necessary.

We may link to third party sites for reference or convenience. Designs Deal is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.

The website, course, and all content are provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee:

• That the site or course platform will be secure, uninterrupted, or free of errors
• That the content is accurate or complete
• That completing the course will result in a job, freelance work, or any specific career outcome. Your results depend on your own effort, skill, and market conditions

We are not responsible for any direct or indirect loss resulting from your use of the site or course. This includes:

• Loss of data or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Any damages resulting from reliance on the site content

You agree to protect and hold harmless Designs Deal, its team, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the website or course
• Your violation of these terms
• Your breach of any rights or laws

We may terminate your access at any time without notice if we believe you have violated these terms, shared your account, or engaged in harmful or unlawful behavior.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from them will be handled under Pakistani jurisdiction.

These terms may change occasionally. If they do, we will post the updated version here with the new date. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
